Inspiring Cuisine

OUR KITCHEN

A great treat awaits you at KAMBAKU. Everything that we can grow ourselves finds its way into our kitchen: fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from our own kitchen garden, ethically-hunted venison from our reserve processed in our certified butchery, as well as citrus fruits that we harvest in the lodge's garden.

KAMBAKU COLLEGE

The search for good employees who impress with their ideals and individual talents laid the foundation for KAMBAKU's training initiative a few years ago. Today, KAMBAKU College is recognized nationwide as an accredited hospitality college.
