KAMBAKU HOSPITALITY COLLEGE
In 2012, the search for qualified, skilled employees prompted us to take the training and further education of our employees into our own hands. What began as a small, private training initiative in our “bush school” has developed into a nationally-recognized college with international lecturers and an online service at which our and external trainees are trained in various spheres of hospitality.

HOSPITALITY AS A CAREER
Accreditation of our Hospitality College by the Namibian Training Authority (NTA) was a milestone for the future of the next generation in Africa and enriches Namibia's tourism and hospitality sector. This official recognition confirms the high quality of our teaching and the skills of our trainees who since then have been able to obtain an official professional qualification in various areas of the hotel and hospitality industry.
Guide School
KAMBAKU WILDLIFE COLLEGE
Kambaku's Wildlife College is the first guide school with full accreditation of the Field Guide Association of Southern Africa (FGASA). It is the educational home of our field, riding and tour guides who receive their classes about fauna and flora. Another part takes place under guidance of instructors in the bush and during excursion with our guests. During the past, KAMBAKU's theoretical courses have been transformed to an online school. Here, our trainees attend classes with students from other places from international teachers to gain knowledge about nature.
